Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking outjoints 12 mm Deep and removing the debris within 50 m leads etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer nn charge

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade to new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint & all labour , taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge..

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of distemperand labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the directoin of theEIC

Painting two coats with any approved type of paint over on the new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost of all materials labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 12 mm size c.b.g chips including cost of all materials with labour charges etc completeas per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fitting &fixing of M. S.windows Grill as per approve design including cost conveyance , Labour, Taxes and T&P etc complete as per the Specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying fitting & fixing chequerd tiles in floors and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slry mixed with watering curing including cost conveyance royality and taxes of all materials labour & T&P required for the work complete as per the EIC.
