SH : Crushed Stone Base (CSB) : Providing Crushed Stone Base (CSB) by Providing crushed stone aggregate & stone dust, depositing on a prepared surface by hauling vehicles, spreading, and mixing with a motor grader, watering and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Morth specification clause complete in all aspects.

SH : Prime Coat. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface ofgranular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

SH : Tack Coat. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributorat the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surfacecleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

SH : Bituminous Concrete (40 mm thick):Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.For Grading II (13 mm nominal size)
