Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incuilding cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises.

M&L Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match & including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces.

Demolition of stone slabs tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid bedded and pointed in any morter etc

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete incl 20 mm thick screed bed 1:6 CM in floors.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as spescified and as diercted.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Providing pressure gunitting in CM (1:3) upto 40mm thick averaging 25mm thick for soffits of slabs, beams, columns,chajjas, cantilever slab, fins, stair cases, railing etc complete all as specified and directed including brush bond as per manufacturer instruction and supply and fix welded steel wire fabric of mesh 75x25mm of weight not less then 4.0KG per 1 Sqm fixed to proposed surface for guniting with suitable pins/clamps/welding to the existing reinforcement after preparing old surface and applying polymer modified cementions coating on concrete surface prepared for gunniting using NITTO bond/brush bond of M/S Fosroc Chemicals and equivalent and applying epoxy treatment to exposed surface and making good surface with colour wash/white wash/snowcem painting two coats as specified and as directed

Chipping of Spalled/ Weak concrete material from slabs, Chajjas, columns, beams, of thickness varies from 25 mm to 100 mm., with standard power driven percussion type or pneumatic chisel of standard make as directed by engineer in charge including tapering all edges complete and disposal of debris up to a lead of 50 mts and all lifts and all as specified and directed by Engineer
