Construction of granular sub-base by providing & laying of compacted

thickness of 200 mm Grading 5th Granular sub base (GSB) of graded

granular material consisting of machine cut black trap stone aggregate as

per grading - V given in table 400-1 of the specification MORT&H and

compactor to the required density with vibratory roller in all seasons as

4 per MORT&H , maintaining the required slope & grade during the 334.00 1237.03 cu.m

location at site in line ,level , gradient and plumb with necessary testing

commissioning etc complete as per instruction of engineer in charge. In

no case the casting shall be allowed to be prepared at site. It should be

casted in the stringent atmospheric & pre-defined condition, as per

Providing and Laying of factory made Pracast Box Culverst units of

2000mm Length, confirming IS requirements, Grade of Concrete of M50

cube strenght and using Fe 500D reingorcement bar designed for 5 T

wheel Load with 0.2 m to 3 m earth cushion above it. Product also

includes, male & female jointing system, groove for fixing rubber gasket,

6 flange cuopling jointing arrangements and special in-built hanging

brackets at appropriate locations for faster & safe installation of the

product. In no case the case the casting shall be allwed to be prepard at

site. Installation of Precast Factory Made equivalent precast U shape

surface storm water Drain and Precast Lid Cover.
