Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including PVC casing caping (ISI marked) approx size 20/25 mm width alongwith all fittings/fixtures as tee bent elbow socket saddles etc complete with PVC board box suitable size shaped complete accessories fixed on wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing incl plastering , colouring etc complete all as specified and directed for one light / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amps.

Disconnection of electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down ceiling Fan of any type 1200 mm sweep and any make, dismantling the ceiling Fan for rewinding incl replacement of bearing/bushes etc and refixing same location after complete the necessary repair work all as per direction of engr-in- charge

Supply and fix in replacement of surface mounted LED integrated batten, 20/22 Watt, with IP 20 protection comprises of aluminium extruded channel, extruded aluminium body, integrated electronic driver, etc and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up complete all as directed.

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using fine aggregate for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of sheet metal enclosure distribution board, triple pole and neutral, vertical type, AC, 415 volt, 04 way with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar and double door complete all as specified & directed and comprising of the following : (a) MCCB, 63 Amps, 04 pole, AC, 415 Volts of 16 KA breaking capacity complete 01 No (b) MCB, SPN, AC, 240 volts of 06 to 32 Amps capacity complete - 4 Nos.

M&L for scrubbing and cleaning the existing DB protection cover and applying two coats of oil painting incl one coat of primer painting by using spray paint incl taking down existing energy meter and refixing complete incl attend any minor repairs like hinges welding etc complete all as per direction of Engr in charge

M & L Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work with fair finished concrete surfaces, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. all as specified and as directed.
