1. The rate should be filled up as per tender in specify vehicle only as same is required to carry out jurisdiction of

Himatnagar Circle & anywhere in Gujarat State.

2. All road tolls/bridge tolls shall be reimbursed on production of proof of payment along with monthly RA bills.

3. Contractor will have to provide vehicle with driver in emergency at any time without fail.

4. Tenderer will have to provide all RTO book & Taxi passing certificate in Tech-Bid.

5. If the quoted rates are changed by the bidders after wards and before opening of tender than lowest rate will be

7. Hiring of one number vehicle to accommodate with Taxi passing for transportation of man and required tools &

tackles to various location for visiting of lines and SS as per instruction of EIC

9. The contractor quoting for the tender is deemed to have gone through General Terms & Conditions of this work /

Contract booklet / Special conditions and same will be treated as binding on him.

shall not under go any change. However, the item no 2 shall be subject to variation as per relevant

clause of general specification (i.e. variation in diesel price.)

10. This tender is a Single Consolidated Tender comprising separate schedules for each vehicle to be deployed at

different Headquarters under Himatnagar Transmission Circle.

11. The bidder shall quote rates for all the vehicle schedules included in the tender. Submission of an incomplete

price bid or omission to quote for any schedule shall render the bid non-responsive and liable for rejection.

12. Separate Schedule-wise BOQs are provided only for the purpose of obtaining individual vehicle rates and

facilitating contract administration. Separate Work Orders shall be issued for each vehicle and Headquarters under

the Consolidated Contract.

13. Financial evaluation of bids shall be carried out on the basis of the aggregate evaluated cost of all schedules

taken together.

14. The bidder quoting the lowest aggregate evaluated cost for all schedules shall be declared the Overall

Lowest (Overall L1) Bidder. No separate schedule-wise or item-wise L1 shall be considered for award.

15. The contract shall remain valid for 24 (Twenty Four) months from the date of commencement or as mentioned

16. Separate commencement letters/work orders may be issued for different Headquarters depending upon

administrative requirements; however, all such Work Orders shall constitute one Consolidated Contract.

17. The successful bidder shall deploy all the vehicles specified in the respective Work Orders within the time

stipulated in the Letter of Intent/Work Order.

18. The bidder shall submit a Capacity Declaration-cum-Undertaking in the prescribed format confirming

adequate financial capability, fleet strength, manpower and infrastructure to deploy all vehicles covered under the

tender within the stipulated period. Non-submission of the declaration shall render the bid liable for rejection. Failure

to honour the declaration after issue of the Letter of Intent shall constitute a fundamental breach of the contract.

19. Notwithstanding the award of the work under a single consolidated contract, the successful bidder shall furnish

the Security Deposit separately for each individual vehicle/work order within the stipulated period specified in

the Letter of Intent/Work Order.

The Security Deposit applicable to each vehicle shall be calculated based on the value of the respective Work Order

and shall be maintained independently.

The Security Deposit pertaining to a particular vehicle shall be eligible for release only after:

 Successful completion of the contract period for that vehicle;

 Submission of all statutory and contractual documents; and

 Receipt of a No Demand/No Due Certificate (NOC) from the concerned Engineer-in-Charge/Controlling

Officer of the respective vehicle.

Failure to furnish the Security Deposit for any vehicle within the stipulated time shall be treated as a breach of the

tender conditions, and GETCO shall be at liberty to cancel the respective Work Order and take appropriate action

as per the tender conditions, including forfeiture of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and other remedies available

under the contract.
