SCHEDULE 'A' FOR BAAZ LOC Material & labour for demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings any thickness (below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for excavation of hard dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out as in hard dense soil/ soft rock complete all as specified and as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep in Hard rock soil and getting out all as specified and as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1.5 km including loading, unloading into vehicles and depositing where directed including spreading and leveling complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for Rolling and consolidating to required level gradient or camber formation surface of helipad in cutting using power roller exceeding 8 ton and not exceeding 12 ton to the stabilised compaction of sub base to achieve 98% of MDD and saturated stabilise 'K' value of minimum 4% (4.0 kg/cm²/cm) Soaked CBR throughout complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Nos of hrs & Nos of passes will be kept in records while execution.
Material & Labour including laying 300 mm( in two layers of 150mm each) thick GSB (Granular sub base) grading V as per table 400-1 MORTH specifications and mixed with 35% coarse graded crushed stone aggregate by providing close graded material mixing by any means as per site conditions, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 ton capacity and maintaining the required density, grading and moisture content as per MORTH specifications, compacted stabilized sub base of 98% MDD complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Steel Form work which is required for this item included in the quoted rate as deemed. Nothing extra to be paid for the same.
Material & Labour including laying for 150mm thickness (compacted thickness) WMM (Wet Mix Macadam) in two layers of 75mm each with granite, trap or basalt stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site for all leads and lifts, to be laid using mechanical paver, spread watered, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with vibratory type power roller 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density complete all as specified and as per site requirement. Material & Labour including Laying for providing 10mm thick sand cushion, all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for providing clean dry polythene film 400 micron thick vergine quality as per ASTM D 2103/IS 2508, over 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm tack coat of VG10, black colour, laid over sand layer including all necessary cutting, overlaps not less than 300 mm and waste complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Laps shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate but not be measured separately. (ii) Steel Form work which is required for this item included in the quoted rate as deemed. Material & Labour including laying for 225 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural strength 40 kilogram per sq.cm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, (with maximum size of coarse aggregate upto 20mm) as per mix design, with incorporation of non-circular synthetic fiber @ 0.25 kg/wt of cement, and compacted by using Slip Form Paver and all as specified and including necessary foam work, bull nosing, rounding off edges, finishing by mechanical brooming/belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed.Polyester triangular fiber 6/12 mm long with circum diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree Celsius and having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.4 Notes :- (i) construction joints, dummy joints (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (iii) Polyester non-circular fiber as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete. (v) PQC shall be laid using mechanical paver cum vibrator of requisite capacity (vi) Necessary finishing of concrete surface by brooming while the concrete is green all as specified and directed. (vii) Steel Form work which is required for this item included in the quoted rate as deemed. Nothing extra to be paid for the same.
Supply only polyester triangular / non circular fibers (Recron triangular fiber type CT 2012 (12 mm) having tensile strength 4000-6000 kg/sq cm and melting point > 25 ͦ C at the rate of 0.25 % by weight of cement in controlled cement concrete.
Supply only Air Entraining agent confirming to IS 9103 : 1999 and ASTM C260.
Supply only curing compound confirming to ASTM C309 type II, Class A Make : Sika/BASF/Fosroc
Supply only approved adhesive @ 0.5% by weight of cement mixed up PQC all as specified and as per Manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified.
Material and labour for forming contraction joint (dummy joint) upto 1/3rd to 1/4th depth of concrete PQC pavement x 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter) an filled with poly sulphide or polyurethane joints sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 10mm (depth min above the backup rod) with min performance guarantee of 10 years and min movement accommodation factor (MAF) + 30 % conforming to the requirement of BS 5212 AND EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats primer and providing 10mm dia, approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed by accepting officer. Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete as in drain complete all as specified.
Material & labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, launching around hume pipes and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl use of formwork (straight or curved) as directed
Material & labour for construction of drain pre-cast plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar, complete as directed
Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
Material & labour for preparation of new surface two coat of cement base paint over one coat on chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.
Material & labour for powder coated anodized aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/per m (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators and partition wall above wall with one or more rebates including toughen glass 5.00 mm thick with jointing cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap beading, screws stainless steel screws for fixing and all connected accessories.
