Laying of 40 mm dia round bar 700 mm below ground level including cutting straightening, welding, painting, excavation of trench its back filling and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactory as per technical specification excluding cost of 40 mm dia round bar.
Fabrication of 3 M long electrode with 40 mm M.S. round bar having 150 mm long conical shape and then its piercing vertically inside the ground with top 700 mm below ground level and its welding. Excluding cost of 40 mm dia round bar.
Cutting of cleats of size 45x45x6 mm angle iron & there after fixing of cleats of angle iron by welding to make joint with the electrode and earthmat at required places including cost of angle iron, electrode, labour, T&P
Fabrication of 40 M.S. round bar electrodes, its piercing inside ground up to water level (approx 12 mtrs) for electrode at all the corner of earthmat mesh and for special Delta earthing of L.As and neutral earthing of Power transformer including all associated works. M.S. Round Bar will be provided by department.
Applying two coats of black bituminous paint on underground welded joints after thoroughly cleaning of the joint.
