Cutting in earth work by mechanical/manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and transportation of the unuseful materials for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load, and mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of all surplus excavated earth/soil upto approved dumping site, which shall be arranged by the contractor at his own, and shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges. Plot cutting, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm, (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work shall be the absolute responsibilty of the contractor.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated in in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excludingb the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:- 1:1.5:3 (One Cement isto One point five coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete, upto floor all levels Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (c) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. weepholes 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) diameter pipe in brick masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls,retaining wall extended through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Stone filling behind Retaining wall in all heights including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Stone soling properely hand packed filling interstics with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100mm (One hundred milimeter) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and stacking at site.S complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. 90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and stacking at site.S complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge, 53 mm (Fifty three milimeter) to 22.4 mm (Twenty two point four milimeter) size stone aggregate ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Surface dressing one coat on new surface with bitumen of specified grade at a rate of 1.95 kg/sqm of surface area with 1.5 cum (One point five cubic meter) of stone chippings 13.2 mm (Thirteen point two milimeter ) nominal size per 100 sqm (One hundred square meter) of road surface, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 8 tonne capacity , etc. complete :- including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :- complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum (Two point twenty five cubic meter) and 1.12 cum (One point twelve cubic meter) of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (Thirteen point two milimeter) and 11.2 mm (Eleven point two milimeter) size respectively per 100 sqm (One hundred square meter) and 52 kg (Fifty two kilogram) and 56 kg (Fifty six kilogram) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (Thirteen point two milimeter) and 11.2 mm (Eleven point two milimeter) size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of G.S Sheet roofing / parttion wall/ linning in shed including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters , and stacking the including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge, (Dismantled materials to be handed over to the Deptt.)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (Dismantled materials to be handed over to the Deptt.)
