S&F in repairs 2nd class hardwood plain fillet square rectangular in section wrought sawn secured with screws exc 13 & n exc 25 sqcm in section all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge..

S&F100mm butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B21 complete all as directed and specified by Engineer in charge.

M & L for joint free Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer instruction and pointed in white or coloured grouting chemical to match, over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed and specified by Engineer in charge. M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Machine pressed precast Concrete interlocking paver block of 60 mm thickness, any shape and size approved by AGE (I) (A) with grey/colour cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning/filling under paver block complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing of spalled RCC surfaces due to seepage (n exc 50mm deep) by exposing fully corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scales and corrosion deposits mechanically or ideally by grit blasting, clean the surfaces and remove loose concrete, any dust, oil paint, grease etc and pre-wet the surface with water and allow to dry slightly, apply approved zinc primer over the cleaned re-bars & allow to dry before repair and the substrate should be primed by applying one neat/clear coat of approved Epoxy bonding agent, finally apply Polymer Mortar prepared as per manufacturer instructions (laid in 10 to 15mm thickness with bonding agent accompanied after each 15mm layer) to the prepared substrate by hand when primer becomes tacky ensuring that the material reached evenly behind bars incl curing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
