Ground Floor Brick works with fly ash bricks in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in foundation & plinth including splays cutting circular moulding immersing brick under water for 6 hours watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removing debris within 50 mt. lead with all labour T & P etc. complete complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster ( 1:4) over brick work including cement punning and bitumen painting over top of wall watering curing cost carriage royalty of all materials etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6) over brick work after racking out joints watering curing cost carriage royalty of all materials etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls surface with Synthetic putty of approve make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting incuding scafolding cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade to give an even shade over a coat of priming including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather coat paint two coats over a coat of primer of approved shade to give an even shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any enamel paint old wood or iron works including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & p etc. complete.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing up window ( sliding type ) made of aluminium section 151-154 ,151-155as window frame section no.151-155 as shutter frame wuth 5 mm thick black glass as pannel fitted with rubber beading etc complete.

Supplying and Fixing of M.S. Grills, M.S.Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cost,conveyance of all materials,priming,and labour for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ) with 4cm size h.g. metal in foundation & plinth including hoisting lowering laying in layers 15 cm thick compacting watering curing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing supplying, fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlock concrete colour paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting corbelling, splays where ever necessary to proper size with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and directed by E.I.C.
