Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out as in any type of soil complete all as specified directed.

Excavating over areas exceeding 1.5 m deep but not exceeding 3.0 m deep and getting out as in any type of soil complete all as specified directed.

Excavating over areas exceeding 3.0 m deep but not exceeding 4.50 m deep and getting out as in any type of soil complete all as specified directed.

Excavating over areas exceeding 4.5 m deep but not exceeding 6.0 m deep and getting out as in any type of soil complete all as specified directed.

Excavating over areas exceeding 6.0 m deep but not exceeding 7.5 m deep and getting out as in any type of soil complete all as specified directed.

Returning filling in in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil out side MD land and deposited out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Location outside MD land shall be decided by contractor himself.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40mm graded aggregate) in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC type M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves and drain covers casted on site and placed on required location the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Walling of Polygonal rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces is to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepartion of steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement cocnrete (unreinforced) in gound floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to outside MoD land and depositing where found suitable place by the contractor at his own cost complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/ floors and paving etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant matt finished coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) of size not less than 300 mm x 300 mm as in parking/ hard standing etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
