Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer -in –charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags etc complete as per directionof EIC .

Supplying & filling Morrum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MORT &H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.
