Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work in all kinds of soil such as Kankar Moorum,Shingles, Conglomerate saturated soil decomposed or soft rock & hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds,disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying and jointing GMS pipes of following dia & class including all jointing material etc. (earth work to be measured and paid for separatly) complete in all respect including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Manufacturing & supply of GI Pipe manifold distributor vertical with 65mm dia (GI Pipe will be issued by the department free of cost) by cutting and welding the distributor shall be 50 cm long having 4 nos 15 cm dia connection at the top with 10'' long nipple of 15 mm dia GI Pipe both side ( GI Pipe will be supplied by the department free of cost ) & providing elbow 15mm dia and 25mm dia to 32 mm dia bottom inlet by properly pluging at the top with GI socket adn with MS Sheet 3.15 mm thick at the bottom as per the direction of the engineer in charge at the site of work.

Providing and Fixing G.I. Nippal complete in all respect, including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Providing and fixing Bib Tap (Superior of heavy type) 15 mm Dia etc. complete all respect all leads, lifts and including as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing of brass full way valves with wheel of approved make & relevent ISS complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Laying, Testing & commossioning at site trenches bevelled ended GMS Pipes of various diameter of Heavy/Medium grades as under conforming to BIS 1229 (Part-I) 1990 or latest with upto date ammendment capable of with standing required pressure, test pressure as prescried in BIS code in rendum lengths of 5.5 to 6.50 Mtr. the pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt weld including the cost of Jointing with butt welding conforming IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in three layer at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all accessories whatever required for welding at site tail pices tees bends manufactured from parent pipe etc. and cutting of pipes whatever required as per site requirement including carriage all leads and lifts as direction the Engineer-Incharge. The Pipe shall haves zinc coating inside & outside conforming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendments. The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date amendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge. (Earth work shall be measured and paid for seprately).

Providing M.S. Flange (in Pairs) for joints of GMS Pipe mentioned as below and same shall conform to BIS 6392-1971 or latest with upto date amendments including the cost of nuts, bolts of required size 3 mm thick compressed asbestos fibor/synthetic rubber gasket conforming to relevant BIS standards the rates also include entire carriage of flange & welding of one flange in three layers other flange consider in butt welding testing, complete in all respect in all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. (After every 90 Mtrs.)
