Supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 5A (3 pin and 2 pin) combined flush type wall socket with control switches concealed in suitable TW box covered with hylem sheet in flush with wall with earth connection (for computer plug socket)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48”) sweep AC celling fan (High Speed) of reputed make complete with stepped electronic 100W regulator, with 1 meter down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450 mm(18”).

Supply and fixing of Horizontal type 4 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure with 40A 4 pole MCB isolater as incoming and 12 Nos. 6 A to 32 A SP MCB as outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection. The MCBDB and MCB's should be with the ISI mark (like standard make).

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 Mtr. Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32 mm complete with necessary masonry work.

Supply and fixing of 18W 4 feet LED fitting complete with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with LED and PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Flooring with approved Vitrified tiles 600x600mm of approved Quality, design & colour (Johnson or equivalent make)laid in cement mortar 1:3 -20mm thick including pointing with same coloured cement using 0.4kg/sqm, finishing the joints, including cost of all materials, water charges,labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying,fabricating,erecting and fixing of 10 mm thick plaster of paris plain sheet (gyprock Pop board - Saint Gobain make) for false ceiling at a height of 3 m from the existing floor level,including cost of all materials, lead, lift, fabrication, carving, providing cornice work, droping design work,erection charges, cleaning and removal of debris from the work site, Interior painting with two coats of approved interior emulsion over one coat of primer .The False Ceiling design will be provided and execution of work is to be carried out as per the drawing and without any deviation etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel Paint paint over old Grill work for the existing window including cleaning preparing the surfaces, cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
