REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL, EXTERNAL WALL PAINTING AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN TEZPUR UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

Amount

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and depositing off the rubbish materials where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable material exc 1500 mtr out side of MOD land complete all as directed as specified.complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil ,complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all asspecified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for disposing the rubbish to the out side of MD land with and including clear vegatation in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete Grade M-20 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in beams, cantilever, bressumers, lintels over 1.5M Span,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid) in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate including all mouldings & including 6 mm dia reinforcement as per trade pattern or TD drawing but excluding frame and fixed in position using cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of beams, slab,chajja and the like for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, brick work for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (with old size bricks), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.Note (Work shall be exectuted through authorised applicator of manufacturer,s and shall be get approved by GE before commencement of work)

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm to old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.Note (Work shall be exectuted through authorised applicator of manufacturer,s and shall be get approved by GE before commencement of work)

Complete removal of existing treatment on concrere/brick surface of wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

Providing precast cement concrete set in cement mortar 1:4, type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clipsand including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered ceramic tiles, coloured 10-12mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc.0.11 Sqm conforming to IS 4457-2007 as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. Materials and labour for exterior grade glazed ceramic coloured tiles, area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc.0.18 Sqm conforming to IS 4457-2007 , Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Materials and labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, chajja, facia etc., finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Materials and labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, chajja, facia etc., finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
