Augoring and boring of holes in site for Bored cast-in-situ R.C.C. Piles for building foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils and ordinary soils without under reams as per IS 2911-1980 as per approved designs including all operations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of Machinery, augur bore drill and shell equipment, etc, complete for all depths and for finished item of work for piles of following diameters - 1 Rmt.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering (BLD-CSTN-2-13.C)

Brick Masonary in C.M (1:6) using 2nd Class well burnt ground moulded traditional size bricks of locally available having a crushing strength of not less than 35 Kg./Sq.Cm & size of 23x11x7 Cm including cost & conveyance of Material to site, mixing of Cement Mortar & laying of bricks & mortar to specified thickness, watering, curing, including all scaffolding, hire & operational charges of Machinery, all Labour charges & all water lead charges etc. complete for finished item of work. Plastering in C.M (1:3) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all Material, Labour for mixing Material, laying and curing etc., complete - 10 Sq.M. (BLD-CSTN-6.2)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Hedge / shrub planting: Digging the trench of size 0.3 mtrs. depth, refilling with red garden soil including cost of red garden soil and farmyard manure at 4:1 ratio, internal transportation of plants, planting etc., including the application of fertilizers and pesticides etc., (@ 20 gms/pit/sqmt) and it including all operational, incidental, labour charges, required tools, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of the fertilizers (@ 20 gms/pit/sqmt) and plant material etc., - unit 1 Sqmt of work. (* 15 No./Sqm of plants & bag size shall be arrived based on the spacing 0.3 c/c as per the design.)(Red garden soil in this context it is defined as sandy loamy garden soil congenial for plant growth which shall be of light textured, crystalline, porous and friable, fertile, slightly acidic or neutral)

Bed preparation for Ground cover / Flower beds: Digging the trench of size 150 mm. depth, and Formation of 150 mm. (6") thick of soil mixture at 3:1:1 ratio red garden soil, farmyard manure and river sand, application of fertilizers (@ 20 gms/pit/sqmt) by making smooth surface as per design including cost of soil mixture, filling of the soil mixture and internal transportation etc., and it including all operational, incidental, labour charges, required tools, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (excluding cost of plant material, fertilizers and chemicals (@ 20 gms / pit/ sqmt))-unit 1 Sqmt of work. Bed preparation for Korean/Mexican: Dressing the surface to the desired shape, laying of 150 mm.
