Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in filling of sunken floors,including demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in filling gaps between roofing sheets and walls (Gap size 60 mm wide and 40mm-60 mm deeep),rounded or chamfered on edges,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,cutting grooves in brick wall,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for pre-painted,galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws, including dismantling of existing plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for pre-painted,galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The existing ridge, valley, cladding to wall and gutters etc. sheets are deemed to be dismantled along with the roofing sheets. (ii) Old unserviceable sheets will be sold to the Contractor under relevant item in Schedule of Credit.

Materials and Labour for,anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 4 mm thick,high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement designer (primered) building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp,insulation,etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets,complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete roof slab/chajjas by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster/screed,in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions (waterproofing compound measured and paid seperately) including provision of water proofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces by application of cold applied bituminous primer as per manufacturer's instructions, providing and laying 3.00 mm thick, plain finish, APP modified bitumenous waterproofing and damp proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement (Non-Woven Polyester Mat), conforming to IS 16532 :2017 (Dimensions and weight of APP membrane polyester as per Table 2 of IS), by forced (torch on) application, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, conforming to IS 15622, Grade B IIa,in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls,complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete surface of sunken floors and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement after applying two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementitious coating as per manufacturer's instructions,complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately) [Make for epoxy resin/polymer modified cementitious coating:- Foscroc'Brushbond' or equivalent of Make Sika/Dr Fixit/Choksey]

Materials and Labour for,preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including 1mm thick wall care putty,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down,15 mm bore,steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store,complete all as directed.

Taking up or down,20 mm bore,steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store,complete all as directed.

Refixing,15 mm bore,old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.),complete all as directed.

Refixing,20 mm bore,old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.),complete all as directed. Note:- (Applicable for Serial Item No. 20 & 21) Serviceable old steel tubing and connections obtained from Serial Item No. 18 & 19 shall be re-fixed.

Materials and Labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade,15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor,complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Litres & not exceeding 500 Litres,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.,complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 Litres & not exceeding 1000 Litres,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.,complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, bib tap, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule,15 mm bore and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs,angle stop valves,cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for steel pipe of for unions, 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, vitreous China Squatting pan ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 X 440 mm, white, with integral foot rests and with ‘P’ or ‘S” trap, (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, etc and including provision of lime concrete bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs,PVC valve less, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level,white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle, of capacity 10 Litres, including brackets, flush pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, 75 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls including taking down existing eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories),complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs,PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating,with diameter of outlet 75 mm, including jointing with solvent cement,complete all as specified and directed.
