Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any type and in position complete all as directed.

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks,10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-30 using (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in Kitchen platform , landing, canopies, Chajjas, deck slabs and in shelves and the like. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc rough finished of concrete flat complete all as directed.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and like set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete including slab laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all directed and specified. all as specified.(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed)

Renewing glazed coloured tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing with new tiles of design as orderd complete all as directed.(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of providing new tiles ).

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on block masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new plasrered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of coat of acrlyic primer complete all as directed.

S&F Providing Kitchen cabinet with shutter complete in required sizes made out of 18 mm thick PVC board with one side decorative and other side white balancing lamination fixed with screws and adhesive, screws of 5.5 mm. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick PVC edge bonding tape of 90 degree edge bend finish as per make and specification complete all as specified and as directed. All same as per Sl No. 11 here-in-above, but both sides white lamination in CB shelves, partitions, sides etc. Make: Rajshri or equivalent make approved by AO

S&F stainless steel kitchen cabinet overlay/ L clip hinges complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel handles 100 mm long fabricated type, bright polished decorative type fixed with brass screws.

S&F Stainless steel Magnetic catch all as specified and as directed.
