Restoration to Bhargavi Right Embankment from RD 40.500 KM to 46.500 KM

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading into the transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shrub jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, watering and compaction with all type of compacting equipment under OMC conditions to attain minimum proctor dry density of 95.00% for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all articles and incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section .Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Removal of BT road surface and stacking them away from work site with all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads, lifts and delifts including dressing and levelling the bed & including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahs, dewatering, if required and stacking the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts including labour cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix-in-place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone agggregate of to W.M.M. specifications including premixing materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant and carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with VRR to achive the desired density as per clase 406 of MoRT&H, specigications for Road & Bridge Work (4th Revision) as per the direction of theEngineer-in-Charge

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion over prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works including cost, carriage and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works including cost, carriage and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing,laying,spreading Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade,level & allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled /vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade,level & allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge
