Dismantling unframed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40 sqcm in section. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for plain fillets, square rectangular or triangular in section wrought, secured with nails or brad, 2nd class soft wood (kail) sectional area exc 13 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm as in cover fillets complete , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S&F in repair for 8mm thick prelaminated wooden flooring including and laid over existing concrete surface by the manufacturer as approved by the GE and providing the items as specified ,125 micron polythene sheet (as vapour barries) laid over existing concrete surface including taking all necessary steps to make the levelness and smoothness of existing concrete surface and achieve moisture free condition and 5mm thick thermocole sheet over polythene sheet then 8mm thick prelaminated wooden flooring Make: premium venyl flooring/Armstrong/Krishna Venyle Ltd.

Hacking out, cut old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S& F 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq m in each pane. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (square/rectengular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note: Make and colour /shade of tiles shall be approved by GE.)

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:3 with cement slurry with 4.0kg of cement per sq metre. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (square/rectengular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4. M&L for vitrified Ceramic coloured (any colour) light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectengular) polished, area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm and n. exc 0.36 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.(Note: Make and colour /shade of tiles shall be approved by GE.)

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the surface on including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.(Note: Make and colour /shade of tiles shall be approved by GE.)

M&L for granite slab (any type) 20mm thick machine cut laid over cement concrete bed 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement . Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for granite slab (any type) 20mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado laid over 15mm backing coat on surface other than fair face of brick-work in cement mortar 1:4, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge and thickness in roof covering including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S&F 0.63 mm thick, galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs,walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 grams per square metre. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S&F 0.80 mm thick plain , galvanised , mild steel sheeting , in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing ( length and girth as fixed ) with grade of zinc coating 275 grams per square metre Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water.

Demolition of brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar inlcuding all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' Brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S& F 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints including additional rebate for second shutter. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S& F 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides or feather edged or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers supplied and fitted to chowkats. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.
