Removing rubbish to a distance exc. 1.5 Km but not exc. 5.0 KM out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for padestal/coping around poles, including necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers or jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings and precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, pillars/supports to jallies, set in cmenet mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting uneven surfaces of concrete & cutting reinforcement from drops of fins & facias (thickness not exceeding 50mm) using necessary scaffolding and making good the disturbed portion with 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specifeid and directed.

Removing existing water proofing /black top treatment except concrete padding ruighing of concrete surface cleaning and washing down the surface with water and removing debrish/rubbish material to a distance exc. 1.5 Km but not exc. 5.0 Km out side Md land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with using water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement for laying APP membrane at non -accessible roof (mumty) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Preparation for water proofing treatment to roof slab by applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 litre/sqm and confirming to IS-3384, laying APP based polystr modified membrane reinforced non wooven polyster of 3.50 kg/sqm (minimum) 3mm thick with plain polythene finished and sealing all the overlap 75mm in length side and 100mm in width side of membrane by torching including applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over membrane all as specified and directed.

Supply only, liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size, sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 0.63mm thick plain galvanized mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 all as sp[ecified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete in ceilings, chajjas, fins facia etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement as primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including chalk whiting on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, setting aside (or lowering if required) and Cleaning & removing all scale and dirt etc from HDPE water tanks of 1000 litres capacity (Tanks placed on top of roof) and from mouths of circulating pipes etc including washing the tank with bleaching powder and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position including writing the date of cleaning of tank with synthetic enamel (black/white) paint of size not less than 10cm of each letter complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, 20mm bore, ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.(Minimum weight -210 Gms)
