Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) During excavation damage to all Govt asset i.e. Elect Cables, Water pipeline, water drain, boundary wall etc., will be restored immediately without fail and will not be paid extra amount for this account. (ii) The contractor should visit the site before quoting the rate all necessary site clearance i.e. cutting of bushes, making of path to reach the site and any of the site hindrance during execution of work and quote the rate accordingly. (iii) All necessary safety precaution should be provided by the contractor to labour during execution of works.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 and non-modular size as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
