Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cemant:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregrate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cemant:1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregrate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

In foundation, footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts as per direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness) but not less then 0.10 meter thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto all floor level as per direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting, and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meter and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like.

Providing in RCC.work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 Sand) complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cemant:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregrate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports,balconies,beam,girders,bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor steel in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses, and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed guards bars, Ladders,railing,brackets and similar works as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Laying GMS/MS pipe for scour,inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc.

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick works in cement 1;4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand) for sulice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top dia meter,160 mm bottom diameter and 180mm deep(inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggrergate 20mm nominal size) ,i/c necessary excavation , foundation concrete 1:5:10( 1cement:5 fine sand:10 graded stone aggregate40mm nominal size) and inside plstering with cement mortar 1:3 (icement:3 coarse sand) 12mm thick,finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design: With common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Prov. & fixing SFRC Man hole cover with frame having frames size of 500 mm internal dia. (Medium duty) The weight of cover and frame should not be less than 100 kg.

Stone filling behind the long wall facing towards U/S side complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.
