Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 1.00 Km lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m (One decimal five millimete) in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One decimal five millimete) , including getting out the excavated soil anddisposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (Fifty metre). All kind of soil/ordinary soil including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement: five sand: ten graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies for all heights / depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation Footings, basis of columns etcetra and mass concrete including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidential as per drawings and technical specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size & curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per approved specification, drawing and design including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing in position steel accessories like clamps ,suspenders,rope grips,U-Bolts ancherage bolts with pulleys etctera and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes complete as per specification, approved drawing , design or as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etctera complete.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing high intensity Retro reflective HIP Micro prismatic tape of board for signage with colour and designed specification as of IRC:67 complete. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 4mm (Four millimetre) thick ACP sheet cladding with necessary aluminium frame, cleats and shall be fixed to the masonary / RCC walls with necessary clamps, galvanised M.S. brackets and anchor fasteners and all joints of ACP shett must be sealed with approved sealent of approved colour complete. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
