Earth work by mechinical / manual means in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and for all lift : DSR No-2.2.1 All kinds of soil

Supply and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering ramming, consolidation and dressing complete. DSR No. 2.27

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources DSRNo-4.1.8

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement 1.5 Coarse sand (zone-111) drived from natural sources :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources DSR No. 5.1.2

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M 10 grade foundation 150 mm thick Kerb Channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCC M 20 grade slope towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually all completeas per clause 408.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straigthening , cutting , bending ,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. DSR No. 5.2.2.1

Supply of approved manfactures and fixing of 60mm thick rubber molded interlocking paver block of minimum compressive threnght kg. Per sq.m respectively made of concrete mixture 1:11/2:3 of approved make shape in all of complete work at per direction of I.R.C. in all of the work labours and materials T.N.P. etc required for proper completion of the work at site.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) D.S.R. No.6.1.1

12 mm thick plaster work with 1:4 cement sand mortar I/c all material labour t/p etc complete.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalen DSR No. 11.55
