od308453/2022_2023 : Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electric traction type with machine room , Stainless steel 26 Pax (1768 Kg) Hospital elevator with car size of 1600 mm (width) x 2400 mm (depth) (including freight & landing charges,insurance and all applicable taxes and duties in country of origin and in India etc- except GST) and type suitable for operation on 415 V±10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency micro-processor type traction control, speed of 1.00 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simplex mode operation, operating panel with luminous buttons, over load warning indicator, battery operated alarmbell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook upto Purchasers' EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at initial landing floor, LCD/LED car positions and direction indication in car and landings and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, shaft wiring and lighting with accessories, braille buttons, Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) with dry maintenance free sealed batteries, Safe landing device and Battery operated Emergency Rescue Device and all electrical components with wiring from the single point power supply provided at top landing near the elevator door audio announcement along with pre-recorded message as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The drives of elevator shall meet the requirements of IEEE 519/2014. The PMSM traction motor( IE 3 or better efficiency) of machine room less elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the elevator hoist way complete as per technical specification. Having automatic centre/side opening stainless steel doors, Matt finish stainless steel car enclosure provided with stainless steel handrails on three sides, 2 mm fluted SS flooring as applicable in accordance of following details:-3 stops & 3 openings and entrance & exit at same side and suitable for travel height of 8.4mtrs. (Shaft Size 2400mm (width) x 3000mm (depth) ) with door opening of 1200mm (width) and 2000 mm (height) .The equipment should be BMS compatible .All components, fabrication and procedures of elevator system shall confirm to relevant IS standards/ Code and complete in all respects as per technical specifications

Having vertical bi-parting opening SS door with handles, stainless steel car enclosure as applicable in accordance of following details:-3 stops & 3 openings and entrance & exit at same side and suitable for travel height of 8.4 mtrs. (Shaft Size 1500mm (width) x 1200mm (depth) ) with door opening of 1000 mm. All electrical components with wiring from the single point power supply provided in machine room.Allcomponents , fabrication and procedures of elevator system shall confirm to relevant IS standards and complete in all respects as per technical specifications.
