PAINTING TO CERTAIN LOCATIONS OF RUNWAY, TAXI TRACK, ORP, TRG HELIPAD, N AND S LOOPS AND PAVEMENTS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN PHALODI

M&L for preparation of existing painted / unpainted surface on Runway & PTT (painting lines, dashes, arrows, threshold, tochdown point, degination letters etc) pavements with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI , coir, wire brushes to remove all loose dirt, dust , grease spots or any other foreign materials etc over 10 cm in width or girth and applying a coat of Water Based (Water Thinable) Acrylic Road Marking Paint (black/white/yellow/golden yellow/orange etc) as per colour codes ( Gold Yellow ISC 356, Traffic White RAL 9016, Pasteal Orange RAL 2003 & Graphite Black Ral 5004) the approved shade and pattern with black colour , border strips on either sides of any other colour markings complete all as specified and directed. Including application of masking tape to avoid any accidental slippage complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The black boarder strips on either side of other colour paint lines, arrows, letter, dashes etc shall be measured combined width wise for the purpose of calculating the area for the painting. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for supply and fixing of masking tape, removal and disposal marks, spots etc from the adjacent surfaces. (iii) Site shall be made available as per User's requirement/site requirement. (iv) Working may be paused/stopped due to landing or take off or boarding or movement of aircraft.

M&L for preparation of existing painted / unpainted surface on ATC Dispersal, HU Dispersal, Links, Loops & ORA (painting lines, dashes, arrows, threshold, tochdown point, degination letters etc) pavements with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI , coir, wire brushes to remove all loose dirt, dust , grease spots or any other foreign materials etc over 10 cm in width or girth and applying a coat of Water Based (Water Thinable) Acrylic Road Marking Paint (black/white/yellow/golden yellow/orange etc) as per colour codes ( Gold Yellow ISC 356, Traffic White RAL 9016, Pasteal Orange RAL 2003 & Graphite Black Ral 5004) the approved shade and pattern in Golden Yelllow line 150mm with 25mm side black colour border strips on either sides of any other colour markings complete all as specified and directed. Including application of masking tape to avoid any accidental slippage complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The black boarder strips on either side of other colour paint lines, arrows, letter, dashes etc shall be measured combined width wise for the purpose of calculating the area for the painting. M&L for preparation of existing treated/untreated surfaces of pavements with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI , coir, wire brushes to remove all loose dirt, dust , grease spots or any other foreign materials etc and applying one coat of Lime White Wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

M&L for removal, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of non standard markings on Rumway & PTT with the help of pressurized water jet, compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI, coir, wire brushes to remove all loose firt, dust grease spots of any foreign materials etc complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing painted / unpainted surfaces of Runway Huts, CFT Prking Shed, Arrester Barrier Huts etc with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI , coir, wire brushes to remove all loose dirt, dust , grease spots or any other foreign materials etc and applying one coat of Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior Paint with Silicon additives of required and approved shade for chequered painting etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Dismantling interlocking tiles of any desription or thickness in floors, aprons, pavements and the like laid and beded dry complete all and pointed as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (blow or above ground level) and removal of rocks/debris to a distance not exc 50m and deposting where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick factory made machine pressed M-50 Grade concrete mix precast interlocking paver blocks using gray cenmet and pigment, casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top conforming to IS 15658 -2006 and of shape Hexagon/Triange/ Zigzag/I-shape as directed having compressing strenth not less than 500 Kg/Sqcm etc complete as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 8.00 here-in-before but except interlocking paving blocks i.e. using old interlocking paving blocks obtained from dimantling under Item No. 06.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors and payments 25 to 30mm thick layer of sand cushoning using sand for plaster including watering and well ramming and filling intersticescomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork in filleting in repairs, of section exc 25 sq cm but not exc 50 sq cm, in any postition and to any shape in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished smooth including excavation and earth work and all miters, stops, etc complete as specified and as directed.
