Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard/Dense Soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, mass filling , sub base and the like all as specified.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips qualty conforming to IS all as per specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of mesh size (75X75X4)mm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type including linewires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning LT Feeder panel board dust proof,bottom cable entry plate and gland out door type cubicle panel boardsuitable for single phase factory febricated approved CPRI powder coated made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle iron sectiom 40X40X6mm frame with front and back openable double door system with locking arragement louver and air vent gasket for netural flow of air with canopy, inner compartment made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for one incoming MCCB and MCB DP as outgoing with lockable arragement with alluminium bus bar three phase and neutral of capacity of 240 amp fixed on high strength insulated material suitable for 1100 voltage all controll PVC wires shall be with 2.5 sq mm multistrand copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied, frerruled for proper indication all including powder coated paint, with necessary excavation and fixed on PCC foundation complete all as directed by engr-in-charge with ammeter, voltmeter and LED indicating lamp to accomodate the following :- (a) MCCB, 4 pole 100 Amps, 415 volts -1 Nos (Incoming) (b) MCB TPN 40 Amps, 230 volts - 2 Nos (outgoing)

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver with impact and corrosion management in multiple optics complete with resistant including thermal IP 65/66 protection, 100 lumen/watt, CCT-5700k minimum complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracket made out of GI pipe 32mm dia light grade 1.5 mtr duly bent in position as per site requirement and including 2 set MS flat iron clamps of size 25x 4mm including Nut , bolts and washers for mounting street lights, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq.mm,2 core nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ACSR conductor of (weasel) 6/2.59, straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires,jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers insulator bolts, washers and nuts, suitable for insulator bolts, washers and nuts, as under: 1100 volt, height 75 mm, max dia 90 mm, section of straps 31x3 mm made of GI, dia of bolt 12 mm GI complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified,, painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with black bituminous paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Coping including all necessary form works filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply fixing Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to GI strip size 32X6mm as earthling lead by means of bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire gauge. CI cover with frame , 40 MM dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.

S&F earth continuity conductor of GI or steel wire of dia 4 mm for earthing of poles and fixed to poles propely.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 50 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches hard and dense soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5Mtr in depth & getting out of hard and danse soil for taking out pipe & laying of pipe & getting out for diverting of CI pipe line complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid dry over electric cable for protection,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide Zn Chrome and two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.Note-Size of M.S channel is (75X40)MM

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 0.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
