The Tenderer should have successfully provided house keeping services similar services for any Central/State Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/reputed company established under the Companies Act 1956 or 2013 or should have running or maintaining 3 star Hotels during the last Five Financial Years i.e. Financial Years 2024-25, 2023-24,2022-23, 2021-2022 and 2020-21 preceding the last date for submission of Tenders such that the total/combined personnel and deployed is not less than 50(fifty)persons/users.
Tenderers contracts should not have been terminated during the last3(three) financial years (2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23)due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations as evidenced by imposition of a penalty by any procurement entity or by an arbitral or judicial authority or a judicial pronounce mentor arbitration award against the Tenderer
Tenderer should have been in the business of providing housekeeping services / should have been running or maintaining any 3 star Hotels for at least 3 (three)financial years in preceding the last date for submission of Tenders
Financial Capability of the Tenderer
The Tenderer should have a positive Net worth usually not less than 50% (Fifty percent) of the Estimated amount put to Tender for which Tenders are being invited as at the end of the most recent financial year preceding the last date for submission of Tenders (i.e. Financial Year 2023-24)
The Tenderer should have minimum Average Annual Turnover usually not less than three times of the estimated amount Rs.450.00 Lakhs (Four Hundred Fifty Rupees only) put to Tender for which Tenders are being invited from the last three completed financial Years preceding the last date for submission of Tenders (i.e. FinancialYear2023-24,2022- 23 and 2021-22
