CONSTRUCTION WORK OF GAUDIYA LINK ROAD IN DISTRICT BAHRAICH FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-27 VIDHAN SABHA-NANPARA

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Granular Sub-base with well Graded Material (Table400.1) By Mix in Place Method:- Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

WBM Grading 3:- Providig, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregated of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth whee roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clauses 405.

Cement Concrete Pavement -Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with OPC 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days including Trimixing by floating method & adding hardener in required quantity and depth upto 5 cm complete as per directions of Engineer-In-charge to meet Tenchinal specifications.

Subgrade and Earthen Shoulder:- Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material bobtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 100 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation pipes cable etc in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. Lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the En.-In-Charge. PWD 251

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. PWD SOR 280

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. PWD SOR 307(a)

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets . ( 900 mm Dia ) : PWD Chap. 20, item 10

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work with cement: coarse sand in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications: PWD SOR, item 583
