Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and well ramming including weatering to earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and dircted.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m deep for foundation, pipe line etc. for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and not exc. 10 sqm on plain and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, inluding spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m ,where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m from the starting point complete all as specified and dircted.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) n exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone agg) for post holes complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using mechanically crushed 40mm stone stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in floor, paving etc. finished surface even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in 100mm thick concrete slab and filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets including all necessary welding,drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., structural Steel of Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) Quality -B complete all as specified and directed..

S &F Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n exc 30cm long and 12 mm dia neck complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved ,having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting two coats on steel and iron surfaces of any description with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new or previously untreated surfaces exc. 10 cm width or grith including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using mechanically crushed 20 mm stone aggregate) in plinth courses, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for hardcore of broken stone/boulder of guage n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface omplete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in floor, paving etc. even and fair finished surface (without using extra cement) including making impression of expanded metal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete blocks masonary (1:3:6) type C-1 with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm and not exceeding 20 cm in width, setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces/PCC solid blocks masonary, trowelled to even and smooth finish withoust using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.
