M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster (1:6) finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of External wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) The contractor Shall submitt the third Party LM 79 report from any NABL approved laboratory (iii) The fiitting should have BIS , CRS No(iv) Connection to luminaire shall be done in suitable PVC connector within the bracket/luminaire end and are inclusive in above.

Supply and fixing Steel body fresh air fan single phase 230volt of size 300mm complete with louvers including making hole and grouting of nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall including taking out existing complete all as specified and directed. Old Exhaust Fans to be deposited in MES Store for reuse.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate, connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 x 320 x 80mm size PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

S&F 4.8 mm thick plain or tinted glass, ordinary quality including rubber gasket for packing and fixed to aluminium Ventilator/window/ shutters incl necessary cutting / moulding and chamferrring of edges for service window/counters complete all as specified and directed.
