INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F Symmetrical light LED flood light fitting 100 watts, 240 volts with suitable fixing arrangement on acoustic wall panel complete all as specified

S & F 22 watt octane LED panel round slim, compact, aluminium die cast recess mounted panel with opal diffuser in build electronic driver with all accessories internally pre wired and including connection up to electric source complete all as specified

S & F Halogen 1000-watt cool white /warm/ colored spot light to throw on stage from crowd to curtain with C clamp to hang on a bar stage complete all as specified

DG SET

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type factory assembled diesel driven generating set conforming to latest CPCB norms with silent (acoustic) enclosure with fully wired alternator AC for ambient conditions at Gandhinagar, Gujarat for 400 KVA continuous rating at 415 volts adjustable at ± 2.5% AC 3 phase, 0.8 power factor, 4 wire, 50 Hz ± 1 %, 1500 rpm directly coupled with suitable capacity diesel engine liquid coolant based mounted on common base frame placed on & including PCC platform with floor mounted Fuel Tank of adequate capacity with fuel lines, anti vibration pads, standard control & AMF panels and other accessories etc complete all as specified & directed consisting of following;- (A) Prime Mover (Diesel Engine) : Adequate capacity diesel engine of standard design consisting of direct injection type, four stroke, liquid cooled technology conforming to BS 5514 and IS 10000 suitable for prime duty generating set of minimum 490HP @ 1500 RPM with multi cylinders to drive independently alternator and considering de rating as per site condition after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, directly coupled through coupling having overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 Hrs continuous running mounted on base frame with

"(B) ALTERNATOR : Self excited, self-regulated screen protected drip proof type with IP23, Class 'H' Insulation Salient pole revolving field and electronic Automatic Voltage Regulator for voltage regulation of ± 1% from No load to full load, 400 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 0.8 PF, 1500RPM, 50Hz. Continuous rating capacity etc standard enclosure complete as per IS-13364-2 and conforming to IS-4722 or BS5000 all as required or recommended by manufacturer. (C) BASE FRAME: Made of ISMC fabricated and welded construction channel duly painted for mounting Engine and Alternator all as per manufacturer's design alongwith specially designed in built vibration pads. FIRE FIGHTING

Supply, laying & jointing in trenches / floor etc in standard length, centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe of 150mm bore, with flange ends type, Class K-9 conforming to IS 8329/2000 or latest revision, ISI marked with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating , with rubber insertion packing 3 mm thick, nuts, bolts washer etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. M & L 250 mm bore 4 meter, MS ERW Pipe as per IS 3589 (1981), wall thickness not less than 7 mm duly welded in multiple length for making hydral point, one side flanged end (thickness of flanged not less than 10 mm) and one side welded reducer 150mm dia including three incoming branch pipe connection with welded flanged end. etc complete with including two coat of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.
