Erection of the following supports after making of holes with fitting of all accessories clamps, number plate, danger board etc & grouting of poles of size 450x450mm as per RESSPO norm & plinthing of support above 300mm gound level by concreating of ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand & coarse aggregate) & two coat painting of ST Pole structure as per norms (all type of paints & red oxide primer, grouting material will be provided by contractor).

Erection/fixing of stay set with stay wire, stay insulator and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clambing, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand & coarse aggregate and sand before back filling of the pits as per RESSPO schedule all clamps, nuts & bolts, stay insulator, cement, brick, concrete blast and etc would be provided by contractor.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor from Double pole upto the gentry at 132KV substation / 33KV substation including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Guarding of HT/LT/Telephone line/ road/river crossing etc. by providing G.S earth wire 7/16 SWG/GI wire No. 8 and making net with difference of 1.00 Mtr. Completely including fixing of channel/angle etc. with proper locking at each support. All type of nut & bot would be given by the contractor.

Earthing of each S.T Poles of the line is to be done by driving the MS earthing rod 2500x20mm below 0.5 Mtr. In the ground and properly connected to each support with G.S Flat 35x5mm by electric welding process with M.S earthing rod. Earthing plate welding point with support must be 0.15Mtr.above from the plinth of the support,Earthing of each section pole is also to be done. All type of nut & bot would be given by the contractor.

Laying of double circuit 33 KV 3X120 Sq. mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. (Brick trench material including sand will be supplied by the contractor).

Cable laying by drill method single circuit without MS Pipe.

Cable laying in MS Pipe 6" dia by drill method single circuit (MS pipe will be supplied by the contractor).

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X120 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole with GI pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts (Hoisting material will be supplied by the contractor).

Clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of Incharge.
