The intending bidder/Firm/company should have satisfactorily completed 90% of work individually executed at least one similar work such as Construction/Improvements Protective wall/Retaining wall of of value not less than Rs.197.00Lakhs, at 2025-26 price level in the preceding last five years during the last five financial years. from 2020-21 to 2024-25. NOTE- 1. The financial figures mentioned above is at 2025-26 price levels. Financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to current price levels. NOTE-2 Work done Certificate issued by Executive Engineer should be Uploaded in the prescribed format

The intending bidder/firm/company should have in the last five years satisfactorily executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of the work. (2020-21 to 2024-25). a. Cement Concrete:2309.00 Cum b. Reinforced steel :107.00 Tonne note: work done certificates with year wise break up of quantities duly signed by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer should be submitted in the prescribed format, along with the technical bid certificates. issued by the private individuals/private companies/private firms etc will not be considered.

Assessed available tender capacity(AxNx1.5-B) where,A-miximum value of civil engineering works executed in anyone year during the last five years(updates to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress B-value at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be complete during the next 6 months(period of complition of the works for which tenders are invited) N-number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. Note-1 The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remainig for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the employer in charge, not below the rank of an executive engineer/equivalent 2. Failure of bidder to comply with the requirement in Prescribed proforma for qualification information as per section 3, will constitute sufficient ground for rejection of the technical bid.

Availability by owing at least 50 percent of the required specified key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50 percent can be deployed own/lease/hire basis for all works provIded the relevent documents and also should furnish copies of lease agreement of hiring of machineris/equipment to be deployed for this work 1. The intending bidder/firm/ company / should have achieved in at least two out of last Five financial years (i.e. (2020-21 to 2024-25) (In all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 788.00 Lakhs. Audited balance sheets and Turnover certificate duly certified by Chartered accountant should be uploaded. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10 percent year based on the rupee value to bring them to current price value.
