Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris in low laying area of defence land as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 1 here in before but reinforced concrete.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as spd and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of, paver block, stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed in floors aprons etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out sand filling from range etc and screening the sand to separate metallic/ explosive materials and other forgein materials complete all as specified and directed. (Note : materials obtained from screening except sand will be deposited to the user)

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (Salt Glazed Stone Ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 100mm bore of pipe including PCC bedding complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exc. 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as spd and directed.

Returning and filling including watering and well ramming in layers n.exc25cm in soft/loose soil complete.

Removing excavated materials(soil) n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Screening of sand obtained from item No 7 here in before and mixed with sow dust in the volumetric mix in the ratio of 1:1 complete all as specified and directed. ( The qty will be measured and paid as a stack measurement after mixing of sand and sow dust)

M&L for sand mixed with sow dust in the volumetric mix in the ratio of 1:1 complete all as specified and directed. (The qty will be measured and paid as a stack measurement after mixing of sand and sow dust)

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or in pavings laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for hardcore of Broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as spd and directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( 40mm graded stone aggr ) in fdn filling and mass concrete complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates,kerb for road, water troughs benching, haunching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC slab 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of any thickness and any size as required at site as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set jointed and pointed in CM (1:4) including demolition of old unserviceable cover slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type A1 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded aggregate (nominal mix) in columns pillars piers posts and struts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 20 here in before but in foundation, including footing foundation beams bases for columns etc basements slab under reamed piles and mas concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 20 here in before but in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels ove 1.5m span all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 Mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 23 here in before but except bricks.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as spd and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation footings, bases of columns rafts and raft beam sides and soffits(if any) of foundation and plinth bems and similar work vertical or o batter as specified and directed

All as per item No 27 here in before but to sides of pillars, posts struts piers columns and stanchion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charrge.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia (or) securing with clips all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 30 here in before but 6 to 8mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers or binders.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base all as spd and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C1, 50mm thick (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in paved area, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in hardstanding, pavings etc including necessary form work and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free anti-skid outdoor pavement tiles of size 300mmx300mmx10mm thick, coloured, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment as in floor, path etc over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 (M-40 grade) over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any obtained from item No 6 here in before shape & size, over and inluding 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 in two layers each of (10+5) mm thick and top 5 mm thick shall be mixed with WPC.on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finihsed even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surface complete all as spd and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with doors complete all as specified and directed .
