UPGRADATION OF SNCOs LIVING IN ACCOMMODATION (PHASE-III) AT AF STN BARRACKPORE UNDER GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviceable bricks and debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for half brick thick brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200ml per bag (50Kg) of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces fair and even on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scrubbing cleaning of surface (brick surface) followed by two coats of two component acrylic polymer-modified cementitious high performance coating as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make: SmartCare Damp Block 2K brand of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent brand of make Pidilite / Fosroc/STP.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (12.50 mm using graded stone aggregates) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick dubbing out plaster on irregular face of walls / ceiling and rough finished in cement mortar (1:4) including GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
