SPECIALISED INJECTION GROUTING WITH CEMENT AND FREE FLOW ADDITIVES : a].Drilling of holes with power drilling machine to the required depth [12mm to 14mm dia holes] b].Fixing of Rubber Nozzles with cement and quick setting, Rapid hardening compound putty - Rapidstrong qs or equivalent. c].Grouting of holes with 140 PSI Grout pump with cement slurry mixing with Specialized Free flow, Non-shrink Grout additive - 250 Grams per bag of 50 KgsCement add required water to make slurry form. d].After completion of grouting, Remove the Rubber nozzles e]. Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) with smooth finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for internal surfaces of brick walls and contigeous RCC surfaces.

Removal of teak wood joinery / steel door , window , ventilator etc., carefully stacing the materials usefull for reuse and clearing away all the debris to the low level areas around the building / site with initial lead and lift etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed during execuiton.

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:3) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Supplying and fixing in position M.S. ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for verandah openings using M.S.flates, square rods, anglesheets, etc of approved design including necessary holes cuttings, bending , fabrication welding grinding and finishing smooth , incuding cost of making holes in to RCC masonry works and making good the same whereever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc complete.

Providing painting for new iron work two coats over one coat of metal primer using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Painting to existing old plastic emulsion painted walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame with shutter, frame section of size 45 x 75mm with encapsulation of 8MM rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x50 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos for horizontal member and fixing of 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame.
