(b) Injection grouting of construction joints and honey combs if any shall be done by cementtious pressure grouting with 40 psi pump using Cebex 100 or equiavlent make from approved list of manufactures @ 225 gms mixed to 50 kg bag of cement including joints packing using polymer modified mortar. (c) Apply pitch free polyurethane water proof coatiing using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 PF or equivalent make from the approved manufacture list, over dry surface at 1.5 mm thick in 2 coats at an interval of 6 hours over a substrate @ 2kg/sqm using spray/ squeegee/ roller/ brush. The second coat should be applied in perpendicular direction to the first coat. (d) Laying 200gsm non woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 PF coating with overlap sealed before providing screed all as per manufactures instruction. (e) Plastering in CM 1:3, 25mm average thickness (maintaining required slope) Note:- (i) The work shall be executed through specialized agency/ authorised applicator of approved manufacturer and name of manufacturer shall be got approved before commencement of water proofing work. (ii) Waterproofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700% (ASTMD412-90, tear resistance of >21 KN/m (ASTM D 624-00), and tensile strength of >1.9 N/mm2 (ASTM D412-90) and it should have a solid content of 80-85%.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 50cm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction, elbow etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) If the testing result of earth Wk is not been found satisfactory then the contractor shall do other earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on the account.
