Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt including plaster of any type and course from roof surface including adjoining parapets and removing the materials to a distance exc 50 mtr but n.exc 100 mtr away and deposited where directed including roughening old concrete surface by tucking and rubbing with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to non accesible roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete and make the surface even and smooth. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction.Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (e) Applying evenly one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 (Ist quality ) conforming to IS-13755, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 (Ist quality ) conforming to IS-13755, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick (Ist quality) conforming to IS-13753, as in vertical surface such as skirting/dado set in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface, including 10mm thick rendering to receive tiles in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.(Make- Kajaria / Asian/ Nitco)

S&F in repair aluminium (extruded section body) door closer hydraulically, regulated, designation No 2, universal type, suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and as specified.

S&F in repair 150mm floor door stopper of aluminium body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Harrison rail (curtain rails), 20 mm dia, mild steel chromium plated with fixing bracket of size and pattern as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 12mm thick medium density fibre board,one side decorative lamination and other side with bleaching white,interior grade, fixed with screw/ nails to timber frame work as in cup board shutters/ shelves and pelmets etc. including 4mm thick teak wood leaping alround complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks including GI pipe inlet/outlet , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items,any lower rate qouted by the Tenderer will not be cosidered and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly cosidering rate inserted by the MES.
