Supply and fix Thermoplastic cable junction box for street lights of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm incl terminals for cable connection with IP 66 protection of make Hensel cat No DK 1600 G or equivalent in other approved makes including one MCB single pole 6 Amp, 240 Volt, 10 KA 'C' curve mounted on DIN rail and connecting all the incoming and outgoing cable terminals with lugs all as specified and directed.

(C) Dunlop Metallastik anti-vibration of pads for mounting engine - alternator assembly on the base frame/plate. (d) Base plate : Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications.'(e) Enclosure : Provision of an integral type, approved/certified acoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB norms, for the DG set to restrict the noise level to 75 DB (A) at one metre and ensure that temperature rise within the canopy shall not exceed 5 - 7 degree celsius, It shall be made of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet with powder-coated finish on outside and high quality noise absorbent and fire retardant grade acuoustic insulation material duly provided with EPDN gasket lining. There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. (i) Silencer : Absorption type, non-resistance, residential. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cables, IS 694 marked, FRLS in conduit and suitable light fittings. (iii) Fuel tank to be provided as per OEM specificaton. (iv) Safeties for high enclosure temperature and emergency shut-down from outside. (v) 1Nos 12V of suitable AH lead acid batteries (MAKE:- EXIDE/AMRON/AM) and adequate size copper conductor cable leads, housed on & including suitable size MS angle iron frame and necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers all as required & as per manufacturer design/specifications. (f) Control panel : Control panel made out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated and shall consists of the following: - (i) Ps 0500 Controller (ii) Aluminium Bus bars with suitable capacity incoming & outgoing terminals.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Solar Water Heating system with FPC (Flat Plate collector) technology with electrical backup as per manufacture specification suitable for single phase 220V, AC supply complete FPC type collector, hot water tank, stands etc of capacity 100 Ltr/Day with 2KW electrical back up as per the following or manufacturer specification:- Collector : Collector 100 LPD FPC type with suitable number of fins and tubes, duly installed on angle iron frame, transmittance of cover glass tubes 85%, absorbance of glass tubes 92%, type of coating (Cu/A/SS) and reflectance of coating as recommended by manufacturer having wind resistance upto 100km/hr, and having average thermal efficiency 58.76% and max rise in temp 53.04 degree Celsius (in 24 hrs) without night losses fixed at angle of inclination from horizontal as per recommendation of manufacturer, hot water tank of 100 ltr capacity with 2KW electrical back up made out of stainless stell sheet not lexss than 0.5mm thick duly insulated with puff insulation 50mm thick having density not less than 36 kg having thermal conductivity 0.29m/k duly covered with PPGI cladding fixed with temp gauge, inlet and outlet valves of suitable size duly installed on staging fabricated out of MS angle of appropriate size as recommended by manufacturer duly fixed properly and painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) MS staging and puff insulated 500 ltr water storage tank for cold water pipe including valves (to and from system), insulatiion to pipe and valves is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Any other item required for successfully operation of system is deemed to be included in overall cost quoted. (iii) Make of system : Inter Solar / Sun Magic / BIPIN ENGINEERS PVT LTD / VENUS (iv) System shall be installed and commissioned by authorised rep of firm supplying the solar water heating system. (v) Stands for mounting of collector and hot water tank are included in overall cost quoted.

Supply and fix of compressed air pipe line 20 mm dia NB UPVC, heavy grade with fittings conforming to IS:9537 (Part-3)-1983 along outer side of the wall including necessary clamping and testing complete all as specified and directed.
