M/L for Maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 250 KVA Make Kirloskar Green complete including following :- (a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the oil pan with new engine oil to it’s required level, (b) Draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel (c) Supply and replacment of fuel filter set (d) Supply and replcement of lubricating oil filter set (e) Supply and replacement By pass filter set (f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner (g) Check and topping up coolant level (h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. M & L for draining existing radiator, cleaning thoroughly the radiator fins by air blower recharging the chemically treated coolant including replacement of all water hose pipe suitable for 30 KVA to 50 KVA DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for draining existing radiator, cleaning thoroughly the radiator fins by air blower recharging the chemically treated coolant including replacement of all water hose pipe suitable for 62.50 KVA to 100 KVA DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of DG set Cap 30 KVA to 100 KVA , transporting to work shop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG Set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of DG set Cap 200 KVA to 250 KVA , transporting to work shop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG Set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out defective old flexible fuel pipe from DG set including supply and fix new flexible fuel pipe 15 mm suitable clips accsesories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and replacement of rubber coupling nut bolt & washers of DG capacity 30 KVA to 100 KVA complete and alignment of DG set engine with alternator including complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Cost T&P required for dismantaling of alternator and engine for replacement of rubber coupling will deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and replacement of rubber coupling nut bolt & washers of DG capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete and alignment of DG set engine with alternator including complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Cost T&P required for dismantaling of alternator and engine for replacement of rubber coupling will deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Cleaning of radiator Assy, by cleaning fins and descaling complete including checking for leakage and repairing the leakage, soldering the broken tubes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Repair to alternator of DG set 30 KVA to 250, servicing, greasing of alternator, cleaning the dust including replacement of defective rectifier of suitable capacity, testing complete of alternator for out put voltage and load etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for repairing, welding doors to main body and making good for the canopy of DG set off capacity including painting with exixting colour after surface preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M& L for programming and repairing of AMF panel of DG set of cap 40 KVA complete, including wiring, programming of Microproccesor AMF relay, replacement of minor parts are connectors, copper wire for wiring, timing relays, indicators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Spares like AMF relay MCB, MCCB and power contactors are measured and paid separatly.

S&F in replacement MCCB, 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, Icu=100% with built in protection function for overload, short circuit and double break fast tripping mechanism complete withspreader link including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc. making including incoming and outgoing connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4 mm dia GI earth wire, by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (wieght not less than 4gs/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40mm x 8 mm FI with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs all as per electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point including taking our unserviceable earthing with all acessories all as specified or indicated including testing on completionall as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 Mtr long galvanised iron earth 4 mm dia and protection pipe of 15mm dia GI medium grade. Extra lengths if required shall be provided by contractor with out any extra cost to Govt.

Note : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
