Supply and fix mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser Item No 05 here-in-before but except sheets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser Item No 07 here-in-before but one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old surface of Wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall/ceilng boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
