Repairs to 200HP Starter at LIS Nadihal old by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following jobs. •Providing/fitting & Testing of Single-phase preventer, phase unbalance, phase reversal & Phase failure protection relay voltage range 415Volt 50Hz.Make L&T.(01No.). •Providing/fitting & Testing of Push Button Switches Both Start and Stop with limit switches. Complete Set. •The Job also includes the cost on account of dismantling of other Two Contactor Assemblies for buffing/cleaning the contact points, brushing/removing the rust deposits around the contact points. Refitting/fitting of all above in the starter connecting to electric circuit. •The Job further includes the cost on account of dismantling of the Auto Transformer (ATS) coils of the starter then retapping of the coils (02No.) Then varnishing of the same and drying by suitable means. Refitting/fitting of all above in the starter connecting to electric circuit testing on no load and then on full load.
