2.5.2.A Dismantling of Structures<br> Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.<br>(II) By Mechanical Means <br> (A) Cement Concrete

3.5.1 Excavation in Cutting in Soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m <br> Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

4.9 Wet Mix Macadam <br> Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared subbase and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. <br> By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead

5.1.1a Prime Coat :- Low porosity <br> Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

5.2.1a Tack Coat<br> Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

OD70832/2024-2025 Providing premixed 40mm thick chipping carpet over the existing black topped surface with departmental broken stone after thoroughly cleaning the existing surface with wire brush, bass brooms and spreading the hot pre mix (formed of 0.32 m3 24 mm broken stone, 0.24 m3 12 mm broken stone and 22.08 kg of bitumen/10m2) to template rolling to dense compact surface, rolling again to smooth to finish including cost of bitumen oils and fuels, hir for roller, boiler, sprayer and brushes, lighting and watching etc complete (Total usage of bitumen 22.80kg/10m2) IRC 3.4.2

75.8.1 Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as requiredincluding compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. Max. size of courseaggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixed in concrete mixer etc complete as perspecification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4)

19.6.4 Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete:300 mm dia R.C.C. pipe

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.

5.CEMENT: Make use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

6.BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Quantity by level calculation & reporting to CTE as per norms

7.RCC Hume pipes as per IS 458-2003
