Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: Four sand :Eight graded cursed/broken stone aggregate 40mm) (forty millimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying ISI Marked 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block i/c edge/kurb block vibro compacted of M 50 grade of approved size, design, shape, colour & patern & i/c 50 mm thick compacted bed of coursed sand, filling the joints with find sand etc. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of materials through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. in foundation and plinth.

Excavation in drain and channel in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing off to dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed vibrated cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundation and plinth:as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government

Stone filling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly with hand or mechanical hammer to required level as per HP.PWD specification 1990 Volume-1 including carriage of materials, labour tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

P/L reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3( one cement : one and half sand : three graded crushed hard stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimeter) nominal size) ,mechanically mixed vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all iincidential charges. in Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Providing steel work of TATA SAIL or RASHTRIYA ISPAT welded in built up sections/hollow section in trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) In gratings, framed, guards, bars ladders and railing, brackets and similar works.
