1 Fabricating, providing and erecting MS gates for student dormitories: a) Providing, fabricating and fixing the mild steel gates at student dormitory from Dorm- 19 to Dorm-27 entrances as same done at Dorm-26. b) Gates to be prepared by using MS pipe (35x35x3mm), MS angle (40x40x6mm), MS flats (40x6mm, 25x6mm), Hinges -75x50mm, MS weld mesh (30x30mm), stopper, aldrop, holdfast and including all to erect and operate. c) Door shutter frame made of angle section and shutter frame made up of box section. MS flats used for holding weld mesh. d) Opening sizes & quantity- 1.93 X 2.90 mts-8nos, 1.25 X 2.90 mts-2nos, 1.36 X 3.05 mts-16nos (+/- 0.05mts) e) One side of door pannel to be made auto close by fixing door closer. This item considered separately. f) Sizes mentioned above are tentative based on existing sample done. They may change during actual work on preparing one sample. g) Fastner of 10mm diameter and 75mm length to be used. This item considered separately. h) Welding to be done for entire length wherever comes. i) MS members to be applied with one coat of yellow zinc oxide primer and then two coats of antirust enamel paint. Suitable sanding to be done to remove complete loose particles. This item considered separately. j) No extra will be paid for wastages.
