Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Advance Manitenance Free environment friendly ring earthing system. Each set consisting of 3 Nos of 6 feet length, 17 mm dia earth electrode made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded cooper on outer surface ( minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with terminals to connect incoming strip with 3 bags (25 Kg each ) of environment friendly backfill compound as per manufacturing instructions with ROHs test certificate for each 150 x 25 x 6 mm Copper Bar with 4 hole shall be exothermically welded ontop to copper bonded rod to make terminal laid in minimum 80 mm dia bore. Manufacturer name shall be embossed on rod. 25 x 3 mm copper shall be used to interconnected the earths and to make the ring. The earth pit cover polypropeline (300 mm x 300 mm) shall be included in the scope of work. Make: OBO/JEF ECO SAFE/ENNOV Note: (i) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. On testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1.0 Ohm is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. (ii) The cooper strip from test point to euipment or entire earting system to Eqpt/bldg only shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

Taking down old unserviceable exhaust pipe from DG set of 50 KVA cpacity and supply and in fix in reeplacement new exhaust pipe of exisitng dila and lenghth, complete all as specified and diercted.

Material and labour for painting of DG set of capacity upto 200 KVA with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as existing colour and exhaust with silver paint after cleaning and preparing the surface of DG complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement 10 Watt garden light with pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser, efficient high out put LED with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Cat Part No LABLA1-10-CDL or equivalent in Philips, Crompton.

Supply & fix I nrepair/replacement LED Flood Light fitting 30 W made out of pressure dia aluminium hosing with heat resistant toughened glass and IP-65 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable copper wire of any size /type from street/security light poles & supply and fix in replacement PVC round sheathed multicore copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Survey of the entire electrical distrubution network starting from main receiving station 11 KV in both technical and domestic area to include survey of the faccility/plants and other current energy consumption pattern and submit in form of comprehensive survey report in duplicate complete all as specified and directed. The survey includes following :-(a) Checking the strength of primary/secondary aspects, insulation level power efficiency & power factor.(b) Bench making of energy performance and matching of energy use to the requirement way to maximum system efficiencies, optimizing the input energy requirement etc.(c) Target to achieve energy cost reduction & identify energy conservation technologies retrofits energy audit procedure and alignment current consumption with current industry benchmarks.(d) Investigation the existing system to bringing out basic five aspects as given below :-(i) How much energy is consumed. (ii) How is the energy consumed.(iii) Where is the energy consumed. (iv) When is the energy consumed. (v) What is the quality of the energy consumed. (e) Give recommendation on the basis of the survey report to include cost effective measures to optimise energy resources and methods to achieve maximum energy efficiency of all assets along with financial calculation/specifications/approved brands etc so as to aid in preparation of DPR and conclusive of contracts in near future. Notes :-(a) Areas coverted by the Electrical Energy Audit Survey :-(i) Complete energy distribution network showing grid substation with all power transformers and distribution transformers.(ii) Analysis of electrical parameters i.e voltage, current, frequency, power factors etc.(iii) Health status of all electrical measuring /controlling and tripping system of MRS.(b) Details of electrical assets mentioned here-in-after, however the firm interested to bid for the subject work is expected to clear the aspects regarding quantum of total assets once again for GE(AF)Sarsawa before submitting the bid and no representation in this regard at the later stage will be entertained.(c) The energy to include will be deemed to considered complete on sucessful submission of Survey report to include specific recommendations on each aspects as bought out above along with duly recommended by GE. For final final technical check and completion.(d) The job shall be carried out through the approved consultant/Energy auditions of MES by E-in-C branch and further shall approved by Accepting Officer. The contractor shall submit the name of approved consultants of their choice and one of the Consultant shall got approved by Accepting Officer through GE.(e) The survey report shall be submitted by contractor to Accepting Officer for approval through GE and after approval twop sets of Survey report shall be submitted by contractorto GE.(f) The Payment of this item shall be made only after approval of survey report.(g) Details of Assests :-(i) Electrical Distribution Network & HT step down transformer-10 Each (ii) HT Breakers-07 Each(iii) MCCB's/ACB's-107 Each (iv) Motors three phase-01 Each (v) Submersible pumps three phase-04 Each (vi) Chloronome plants/dosing pumps-03 Each (vii) DG Sets of different Capacity-06 Each (viii) Servo Voltage Stabilizer (3 Phase)-05 Each (ix) Summer Cooling/Air Conditioning system-108 Each (h) Any other electrical items/equipment/Plants as directed by GE in writing which are not mentioned in above may also part of the work.(j) The cost of all above aspects shall include in quoted rates.
