Improvement of cement concrete road from OMC road to Banatunguri hamlet of Urumunda village under Kumundi GP in the district of Keonjhar (Under CSR Scheme)

Road work

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetations grass, bushes, shrubs etc and disposal of unserviceable materials up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per clause no: 201 of MoRT&H and as per direction of EIC.

Removing all type of Hume Pipes and Stacking within a lead of 1000 metres including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works including T&P, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres (Hume pipes upto 600mm dia)

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge (5th revision) as per direction of EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required density etc complete as per Clause No.305 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded granular sub base (GR-II) materials as per table -400-1-- as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, royalty,loading & unloading of materials, cost of labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 / 0.40 cum capacity and placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement of M40 grade concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28/0.40cum capacity using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing compound as directed by EIC. complete in all respect.

Quarrying, collecting, conveying supplying and stacking at work site beyond the trafficable berm with good laterite moorum of approved quarry having CBR value not less than 7 and P.I. valve not more than 6, Conveying from stacks and laying moorum in berms in layers not exceeding 10mm watering and consolidation with PRR including watering, cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and Directional / Place Indicating sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting,1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Supplying and fixing of 160mm dia and 1.0 Mtr long of RCC M-15 guard post (Pre cast) of standard design as per IRC, fixing in position as per direction of EIC. (Below Ground 45Cm)

Filling foundation and plinth with river sand, well watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties of materials, cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

P.C.C .of prop.(1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm. size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. compleete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense eflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973 etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector)

Providing Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflecterising glass beads @250 grams per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35 and as per Clause No.803.1, 803.2, 803.4.1, 803.4.2, 803.4.4, 803.6 to 803.8 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation treaches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders ( except sheet rocks and boulders requiring for blasting) including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P shoring and shuttering and dewatering if required etc. comp. as directed by EIC.

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. in foundation in Bed

required for the work to complete as per specification and direction of EIC. (If the moorum available at approved quarry do not meet the above specification, the contractor may admix sand at his own cost to obtain the above specification)

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.in Wall

Providing Weep Holes in plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, retaining wall, toe wall with 110mm dia PVC pipe as per drawing and technical specifications and asper Clause-2706 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bride works (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth or floor with excavated earth or moorum or extra good earth including laying, watering and ramming in 23 Cm (9") thick layers with all necessary leads and lifts complete inclusive of all cost of labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying ,Cutting, Bending, Binding, Straightening, Placing HYSD bars confirming to grade I.S.1786-1985 (Fe-500) in CD works, retaining/toe wall and other structures as per drawing and technical specification and as per Section.900, 1000, 1600, 2100, 2200 & 2300 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire, overlap, chairs will not be considered for measurement)

Supplying & laying RCC hume pipe of 600mm dia NP3 concrete pipes for bedidng PCC M-20 grade (cast in situ), mechanically mixing vibrating, centering using T&P and mechinary completed in single / multiple rows including fixing and jointing with cement mortar (1:2) and jute fibre if required complete as per drawing and specification and direction of EIC.

P.C.C M-15 grade concrete with 25mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect

Providing and laying of boulder wall laid in wire crates of size 3m x 1.50m x 1.25m each divided into 1.5m compartment by cross netting with 4mm dia G I Wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS 4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (wooven diagonally) with double twist including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with hard stone boulders weighing not less than 32Kg each but exculding cost of stone as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301 of MoRD and as per direction of EIC

Providing and applying two coat of enamel paint to unplastered concret surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint of lliter of 2sqm to the bridge super structure as per section 800 of morth specification of road and bridge work (5th revision) and instruction of the Engineer incharge

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) for finished smooth to masonry surface of brick walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. comp. with cost conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per the direction of EIC.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade inculding cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.
